the modern and spacious apartment at Diaz exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in Cagliari. The bright and clean dining area, along with the fantastic view of the sea from the balcony, made our strolling around the city even more enjoyable. The late check out option provided by the owner was an extra bonus that we were very thankful for.
Bed was uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Diaz apartment in Cagliari. the rooms were spacious, bright, and modern, with comfortable beds and great facilities. We especially loved the bar fridge and Smart-TV with Netflix in each room. the balcony offered a fantastic view of the sea, and we were even lucky enough to see flamingos flying by at sunset. the bathroom was luxurious with a sauna shower, and the kitchen area was perfect for socializing with other guests. the location was convenient, just a few minutes walk from the beach and with ample free parking. Cons: All was good 👍.

My stay at Diaz Apartment was fantastic! I was in Cagliari for a few days, and the location was perfect for me. The room was spacious and the kitchen was a great bonus. I loved having Netflix available to relax with in the evenings. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially when I saw the flamingos flying at sunset. The room had all the comforts I needed, and the bathroom with the sauna was a delightful treat. The staff was very kind, and I really appreciated their availability and helpfulness. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Diaz Apartment!

Convenient location, close to city center and beach. Regular city bus service. Clear instructions for check-in. Modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Late check-out option available.

The Diaz Apartment was a great place to stay! The room had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere with a nice balcony and a beautiful sea view. The laptop-friendly workspace made it easy for me to do some work during my stay. The free WiFi was also a great bonus.
Personally, I found the bidet in the room to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just my preference.
